We love visiting Florida yet the first time we visited Cape Coral/Fort Myers, we knew immediately this is where we wanted to live. The average year round temperature is approximately 82 degrees. The location is perfect for year round sun and warmth- located in the South West (SW) region of Florida on calm serene Gulf Coast.

World class beaches are just over 25-30 minutes away, yet amazing sunsets with the glistening ocean water are enjoyed from the comfy outdoor furniture in the lanai and the screen-enclosed pool/hot tub of these houses.

We are closer to Fort Myers Beach than some of those who live in Fort Myers. Boating, pickleball, golf, bocce ball, biking, and walking trails are right around the corner too for you to recreate yourself. The local beach is about 4-10 miles away- complete with bathrooms, showers, and playground (currently under renovation).

Traveling to Cape Coral is simplified: an international airport is close and also interstate 1-75 is close for driving. Our SunLit Series boasts plenty of comfortable beds for large gatherings of family and friends, yet cozy and intimate enough for a smaller group, too. We welcome you to stay a week or a month, and have you enjoy and experience the atmosphere that allows us to rest, relax, and rejuvenate ourselves. ​
